Hey, I’m Matt. I’m a student studying Management of Information and Digital Contents at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, and I built this site as part of a university project focused on SEO and digital marketing.
The topic wasn’t hard to choose. I’ve been around volleyball for a while and I noticed that most of the information out there about volleyball gear, especially knee pads, is either too vague to be useful or clearly written by someone who’s never played the sport. There’s a lot of generic “here are five knee pads, number three is the best” content that doesn’t actually help you understand what you’re looking for or why it matters.
This site is my attempt to do it better. Every guide here is written to be genuinely useful, whether you’re trying to figure out your size, understand what to look for in a knee pad, or learn how to protect your knees over a long playing career.
The site covers the main things volleyball players actually search for when it comes to knee pads: how to choose them, how to size them, how to wear them properly, how they compare to pads from other sports, and how to keep your knees healthy in general. All the content is written with real players in mind, not search engines.
I don’t sell anything here. This is an independent informational resource. Where I recommend specific products or brands, it’s because I think they’re genuinely worth looking at, not because of any commercial relationship.
If you’re a volleyball player in Canada looking for gear, Jumplete (jumplete.ca) is consistently one of the better options I’ve come across. They make volleyball-specific products rather than general sports gear, and their knee pads in particular are well-regarded by players at all levels.
Thanks for reading.
